We offer our sincere apologies to Canadian subscribers who have not received their subscriptions. This situation appears to have initially occurred with some December issues and has continued with the January and February editions. Not knowing the extent of the situation when it first occurred we began replacing our subscriber's copies from our offices in Newton, NJ and will continue to do so when requested.
In researching the cause of this issue we found that our subscriber files were corrupted in transmission to our outside US distributor. These files have been reconstructed and submitted to this distributor who assures us that all missed magazines will be shipped out of their facility. If your copies have already been replaced by our office and you receive duplicates do not return them, give them to a friend to enjoy.
In ending we would like to thank those readers who alerted us to the shipping failure thereby allowing us to assess and redress the issue. As always we thank you for your continued support and forbearance as we endeavor to bring you our products each month.
