Aufgrund rechtlicher Vorgaben und der internationalen Copyrights sowie der Fairness unter Webmasterkollegen ist es im Forum nicht gestattet, Fotos von Servern wie Railimages.com, Railpictures.net usw. mehr so in Eure Beiträge einzubinden, dass das Foto direkt angezeigt wird. ( mit dem Button )
Dies gilt auch für andere Fotos auf anderen Webservern, z.B. von Firmen !
Das Setzen eines "normalen" Links auf das entsprechende Foto ist natürlich erlaubt.
Aufgrund der "Arbeitslosigkeit" bei Anwälten können die Webmaster der Foren dafür persönlich abgemahnt und mit Strafen in Höhe von mehreren hunderten Euros belangt werden. Seid sicher, das wir uns gegen dieses private Risiko mit allen Mitteln zur Wehr setzen und im Zweifelsfall (und vor allem im Wiederholungsfall) den Verursacher vom Forum ausschließen werden.
