Intermountain UNION PACIFIC CA-3 / CA-4 Caboose öffnen

Die Woche kamen, vier Jahre nach der Order, die vier bestellten CA-3 und CA-4 Cabooses.

Sind montierte Centralia Car Shop Bausätze.

Auf den ersten Blick die gewohnte Qualität, die meine schon vorhandenen drei haben.

Aber bei drei der neuen Cabooses sind immer mehrere der hinterlegten Scheiben abgefallen, schlechter Kleber in China vermutlich.

Die wieder zu kleben dürfte eigentlich easy sein, aber hat jemand eine Idee wie die zu öffnen sind.

Chassis und Rahmen sind m.E. NICHT verklebt.

Wäre nicht gut, dürfte verklebt sein. Ich befürchte der Kasten ist an den Kopfseiten / Türen mit dem Chassis verklebt.

Bühnen und Treppen sind Teil des Chassis.

Sorry to hear about the loose windows in the UP cabooses. We have found that during shipping the windows are a weak area and are prone to falling out of place due to a lack of glue.

In order to reattach the windows, remove the cupola by lightly pinching it inward and gently wiggle it to pull it off the body. Unfortunately more of the windows will fall off but you will be able to reattach them. I recommend using Zap Canopy glue as it sticks well and dries clear.

Good luck--with patience you should be able to fix the cars.

Der Kleber ist in Deutschland bei Händlern für RC Modelle leicht erhältlich.

Cupolas sind fest verklebt...

Ohne Beschädigung geht da nix...

Ich lass das erst mal so, man muss schon wissen das da keine klare Folie hinterlegt ist.

Nachtrag: Den empfohlenen Kleber Für Modellflugzeughauben fand ich interessant.

Samstag bei einem RC Modellbauladen in Bayern bestellt (für 5,50 €) und gestern schon gekommen.
